Pole Fitness Classes
Exciting news! Our club is introducing a new class - pole fitness! We will be running classes for children aged 8-17 years, as well as adult classes. Our recreational gymnastics coach, Daisy, is a qualified pole fitness instructor, and will be running these classes. Pole fitness is a full body workout, with a big focus on core and upper body strength, as well as improving mobility and flexibility. Stay tuned for more information about the classes.
